When we arrived for the first time at Masseria Gorgognolo we were totally enchanted.
We immediately saw its potential and we started to work to transform it into what you see today.
Our goal was to make it a refuge out of time and perfectly immersed in the natural space of its territory.
It’s a five-minute walk to the turquoise sea of Apulian Adriatic coast and a quarter of an hour’s drive from the nearby center of Ostuni, the famous “White City” of Puglia.

We immediately saw its potential and we started to work to transform it into what you see today.
Our goal was to make it a refuge out of time and perfectly immersed in the natural space of its territory.
It’s a five-minute walk to the turquoise sea of Apulian Adriatic coast and a quarter of an hour’s drive from the nearby center of Ostuni, the famous “White City” of Puglia.
Despite the proximity to meeting places, evening life, events, all-round worldliness, for our guests Masseria Gorgognolo is the ideal place to abandon thoughts and worries and start an experience of relaxation and well-being in contact with nature, but, at the same time, with all the necessary comforts.
Whoever arrives here does not want to leave, because the situations to live days of rest and quiet are always handy.
We take care of our guests at every moment of their stay.
On the one hand we have the rooms, equipped with every useful service to increase the perception of peace, on the other we have the large garden, the porch and the swimming pool that complete the exclusive proposal of services.
We propose, daily, also recipes of “small cuisine”, reserved only for our guests.
We use ingredients all originating from our farm and neighboring farms.
We believe in the sustainability of zero-kilometer foods, which give an unmistakable taste to the simple and precious dishes of our culinary tradition.
